BOOKING AND RESERVATIONS
If you need to cancel or modify your booking, you must notify us in writing via email or other communication channels provided. The following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure are eligible for a full refund minus transaction fees.
Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters), Komodo Horizon Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the trip. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling options will be offered.
In case of no-show or failure to participate in the tour, no refund will be provided.
We may also cancel a tour at any time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour.
